For Your Improvement: A Guide for Development and Coaching. Fourth edition. Korn/Ferry Company. You can find a used copy of this one inexpensively too. Suggested
if you have direct reports or plan to have direct reports in the future.</li><li style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; margin: 0in;">A leadership book of your choosing to read and present on independently or with one peer. A book you have not read previously. Your choice of independent or teamwork assignment, since
one may fit better into your busy life. More information about the assignment is forthcoming with Syllabus, but some students liked selecting and starting to read. This may be a book you have always wanted to read and never had time or one that inspires you
today. Please select a current book you have not read before. This exercise will be both educational and inspiring. </li></ol>
