Campbell University August 2025 Graduation Application Cycle is now OPEN.

Good Morning,

You are receiving this email because you have completed at least 98 hours and are currently enrolled in an active program and course. Receipt of this email does not necessarily mean a student is eligible for graduation. This email is for notification and informational purposes only. Please check with your advisor to see if you could qualify for graduation.

We are writing to inform you of the activities regarding the August 2025 Graduation Conferral date which will be August 29, 2025. Students must submit a Graduation Application if their intention is to graduate and receive a diploma regardless of any participation in a graduation ceremony. While there is no ceremony for the August Graduation Conferral, students may participate in the December 2025 ceremony if they have not participated in a previous ceremony. In order to graduate in the August Graduation cycle, all degree requirements must be completed by August. There is no ‘Special Consideration’ or ‘6 Hour Rule’ option for August as there is no ceremony for the August cycle.

All official communication from our office will go to your official Campbell University issued email address. The Application for Graduation Starts the Process:

The initial deadline to apply is July 7, 2025. All students who plan to receive a diploma in August, must submit a graduation application regardless of participation in the ceremony. While there is no ceremony in August, August graduates who have not participated in a previous ceremony may participate in the December 2025 ceremony. We must have an application on file for every candidate who plans to graduate in August, no later than close of business on August 4, 2025, the final deadline.

How to Apply:
The application process is completely online for all applicants. For the application form you will need the following:

  *   Campbell University Issued Student ID
  *   Degree you are pursuing
  *   Major you are pursuing
  *   Home Campus Location
  *   Contact information you can be reached at including phone, email, and diploma mailing address

*Students participating in Dual Degrees such as MBA/BBA, PharmD/MBA, BA/BBA, Assoc/Bach, PharmD/MSCR, etc. will need to file 2 graduation applications, one for each degree.*

** Please note if you were previously approved to participate for any ceremony under a Special Consideration to Participate Only, ie: the ‘6-Hour Rule’ or any iteration thereof, you must reapply for graduation to graduate and to be considered for graduation in August**

Please note: Once you have successfully submitted a graduation application you will receive a submission email receipt. Depending on your spam and junk mail filters this may take up to 15 minutes to be delivered. Please make sure you receive that email and keep it for your records. If you do not receive this email, you may contact your graduation auditor to confirm that your application was received through the ‘Get In Touch<https://www.campbell.edu/registrar/graduation/graduation-contacts/>’ page on the graduation website.

Additional dates to mark your calendars:

  *   June 11: August graduation conferral cycle opens.
  *   July 7: Initial application deadline, all applications after this date will be considered LATE.
  *   August 4: FINAL deadline to apply by 3pm to be eligible for August Graduation Conferral
  *   August 5: All external transcripts for transfer credit, any degree applicable paperwork (such as: course substitution forms, waivers etc.) must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by this date for processing.
  *   August 29: August graduation conferral date. There is no ceremony for August, students may participate in the December 2025 ceremony if they have not participated in a previous ceremony. Because there is no August ceremony, all candidates who are academically cleared to graduate and have been cleared by the Bursars Office will receive their diploma via Parchment Diploma Services in the mail approximately 4-6 weeks after the conferral date. Make sure you check with the Bursar’s Office to resolve any financial holds before August 29th.
  *   September 3: Transcripts via Campbell University's Parchment website and degree information via Validity degree verification portal will be ready. Transcripts ordered before this date have no guarantee of showing final degree status.
