FRIDAY, Oct. 17:

  *   You may park in the Convocation Center parking lot and walk across the street to the Student Union building.
  *   1:00pm – arrive to line up in the Student Union Theater (upstairs on the 2nd floor)
  *   **BRING YOUR WHITE COAT WITH YOU**
  *   We will line up and process over to Hobson Auditorium prior to the ceremony.

If you have any family members asking for more information regarding our ceremony, you may forward them the below information and attached documents:

  *   Our White Coat Ceremony is tomorrow, Friday, October 17th at 2:00pm in Hobson Performance Center, which is inside D. Rich Hall (on Campbell University’s main campus). The program should last approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours. For your convenience, here is the link for the location: https://map.concept3d.com/?id=714#!m/88477?s/key=D.%20Rich. **Guests may start arriving at 1:00pm.
  *   You may park in the Convocation Center parking lot. We will have golf carts to transport guests from the Convocation Center parking lot to Dr. Rich Hall as needed. Security and Campbell signs will direct you to where you may park. We have attached a map showing the location of D. Rich Hall in relation to the Convocation Center (where you will park).
  *   You DO need a ticket for this event. You may pick up your ticket from your student. All tickets will be distributed to the students directly this week.
  *   If you or any family members are looking for local hotels, please see the attached document for local suggestions.
