Good morning, Class of 2029!

Accepted Students Day is NEXT WEEK on Saturday, March 29th! We are so excited to welcome you to CUSOM and hope you can join us for this special day!

So we can plan the details of our day, including catering, please fill out the Wufoo survey (highlighted below) to RSVP by this Friday, March 21st. If you have already filled it out, no need to resubmit. 😉

**Note: Due to space constraints we can only allow 2 guests per student. This event is open to adults only (no children please).

Accepted Students Day
We are planning an in-person Accepted Students Day for the Class of 2029 on Saturday, March 29th.

You may attend by yourself, or with one or two guests. Our day will be from 8:15 AM – 2:30 PM and will include:


  *   Continental-style breakfast
  *   Morning sessions for students and family members
  *   Small group activities for students to meet current first-year medical students
  *   Financial Aid presentation for students and family members
  *   Student/Alumni panel and Q&A time
  *   Helpful information sessions to aid you in preparing for med school
  *   Lunch for all guests (vegan/vegetarian options also available)
  *   Student-led tours of our building
  *   A Housing Vendor Fair so you can begin to think about where you will live

We look forward to this day every year! Not only will you have the opportunity to meet your fellow classmates, get to learn more about the curriculum and rotation sites, and meet some of your upper classmates, but we will have the chance to get to know YOU! We also look forward to meeting your family members as we know they will see first-hand what is so special about our medical school.

  *   There is no dress code for the day. You and your family/guests may wear whatever is most comfortable.

We are located in Leon Levine Hall on the Health Sciences Campus located at 4350 Hwy 421 South, Lillington, NC, 27546<https://www.google.com/maps/search/4350+Hwy+421+South,+Lillington,+NC,+27546?entry=gmail&source=g>. (Our campus is between Lillington and Buies Creek, adjacent to the entrance of Keith Hills Golf Course). There is visitor parking in the front (for guests with mobility issues) or additional parking around the building. You may park in any spot that is available and you will not need a parking pass for the day. You may enter the main entrance to Levine Hall. We will have registration in the main lobby when you arrive. If you are using a GPS, you may want to use the link below.

  *   Attached is some information on local hotels.
  *   Please arrive between 8:15am and 8:45am for registration and breakfast. Our program will begin promptly at 9:00am.
  *   As with the Springtime weather in North Carolina, our lecture hall temperatures fluctuate frequently. Please dress in layers and bring a jacket or sweater in case the lecture hall is running chilly that day. Please also let your family members know this information.
