<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Applications for club positions are due on Wednesday, January 14th and will be distributed to current club Presidents and Vice Presidents on the afternoon of
<b>Monday, January 19th</b>. Club leaders (you) will meet to vote on your successors between
<b>January 20-22nd</b>. While the candidate information will be sent to only the president and vice president, all leadership is able to vote. It is completely at your discretion how exactly you choose your proteges. Once resolved, one person will email the
new Class of 2029 club leaders to Mary Holly (</span><a href="mailto:mholly@campbell.edu"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">mholly@campbell.edu</span></a><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">)
by <b>Thursday,</b> <b>January 22nd at 8PM</b> who will then announce the winners. If your candidate was selected for multiple positions and chooses a different club, Mary will reach back out to you and have you select someone else. Note that you are not responsible

<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Following elections, clubs and interest groups will enter a
<i><u>transition phase</u></i> beginning <b>February 4th</b>. During this period, organizations will be considered “dormant,” meaning no new plans, purchases, or orders will be processed. This time is perfect to change your photo in Presence, attach your membership
roster, and update your </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">new leadership and /or
<span style="color:black">bylaws. A critical part of the process is filling out the
<b><u>transition form</u></b> that can be accessed </span></span><a href="https://campbell.presence.io/organization/forms/forms"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">here</span></a><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">

Please be sure to use the month of February to properly train and prepare the NEW Class of 2029 leadership for your club or interest group.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
