<p class="Body1"><span style="line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">We are excited to announce that the OMM teaching assistant (TA) program is now accepting applications for new participants. This volunteer program provides an excellent opportunity
for interested first-year students to get involved. If you are passionate about teaching and eager to serve your fellow students while enhancing your OMM skills and knowledge, we encourage you to apply. Please note that the program requires a full-year commitment,
spanning blocks 1 to 4, and a brief orientation will be conducted before classes commence in August.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="Body1"><span style="line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The OMM TA program has been incredibly popular in previous years, offering numerous benefits such as helping your peers, expanding your OMM expertise, developing teaching abilities,
preparing for board exams, strengthening your CV, and improving your residency applications. Below, you will find the detailed information regarding the program and its requirements.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="Body1"><span style="line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="Body1"><span style="line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Participant responsibilities and requirements include:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<ol style="margin-top:0in" start="1" type="1">
<li class="Body1" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Assisting with table training OMM Laboratory sessions every Tuesday afternoon for 2 hours. TA assignments will change each block, with TAs participating
in either the 1-3:00 pm or 3-5:00 pm session, alternating between blocks. This commitment applies to weeks 1 to 7 of blocks 1 to 3 and the first 4 weeks of block 4. TAs are not expected to attend the week 8 review sessions of each block or weeks 5 to 8 of
block 4.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="Body1" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Attending TA Training Sessions in the OMM lab on Tuesdays from 8:00 to 8:25 am, coinciding with the days of OMM lab sessions mentioned in item
2.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="Body1" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Maintaining appropriate attire during lab times.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="Body1" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Maintaining good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="Body1" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Attending all lab sessions and 75% of TA training sessions, unless excused. In the event of planned or excused absences, please notify the department
