[Cusom28] Visitor Policy REMINDER

Good morning, Faculty, Staff, and Students,

Just a few quick reminders regarding our visitor policy at CUSOM:


  1.  Please DO NOT let anyone into the building who you do not know or who does not have an ID badge. This includes anyone who says they have an appointment. All visitors should be instructed to walk around to the front doors and must check in with Security.
  2.  If our Security guard is not at their station, the guest MUST WAIT at the Security desk until our Security guard returns.
  3.  If you are escorting a guest to Security to sign-in, please DO NOT badge them into any office hallways. Only our Security Team may badge a visitor into the office areas.
  4.  Faculty, Staff, and Students are not to badge visitors into the office areas, unless they are meeting with them personally. Security will also call faculty/staff members to ensure they are ready to meet with their guest prior to their appointment.
  5.  Students, if you forget your ID badge, please see our Security Team to check in.
