[Cusom28] Block 5 Course and Instructor Evaluations Now Open

Good morning, Class of 2028,

Your Course and Instructor evaluations for Block 5 are now available in One45<https://cusom.one45.com/> . If your login information link has expired, please select the "Need Help Logging In?" option in the lower right-hand corner on the One45 home page.

The Block 5 Course and Instructor Evaluations will close at 5pm on October 10, 2025.

Evaluations are mandatory. You must complete all evaluations assigned to you by the deadline.

Keep in mind some faculty will be evaluated in multiple courses. Please double check which course the instructor is assigned to on each Instructor Evaluation so you can give the most accurate feedback related to your experience with that faculty in the specific course.

Your feedback is essential to CUSOM's continued success and growth. We truly value your insight. Please keep all comments professional and constructive.
