I hope block 2/6 has been off to a great start. Please see the events that will be hosted this block by the SNMA:

White Coat Photo and Celebration | Friday, October 24th 1:00pm-2:00pm, Room 200
Please join us for a photo for an SNMA member photo in our white coats and a short celebration following with cookies! We will take the picture outside then head into Room 200. Bring your lunch if you'd like! Attire is business casual :)

Vaccine Hesitancy and Patient Advocacy Talk w/ Dr. Langdon | Monday, October 27th 6:00pm-7:00pm, Lecture Hall 201
Have recent events made you concerned about the role of physicians in the dissemination of information about vaccines? Dr. Langdon will be leading a talk about vaccine hesitancy in rural NC, how to navigate difficult conversations with patients, and how we can advocate on behalf of our patients to both educate and prevent the spread of misinformation. Join us for an insightful talk followed by a short discussion with time for questions.

Multicultural Potluck and Field Day | Saturday, November 8th 1:00pm-4:00pm, Back Lawn of Levine Hall
