 🎃 Haunted Hospital in the Creek – Your Team (& Time) Assignment!

Dear MS-2 Students,

We’re thrilled to have you join us for Haunted Hospital in the Creek on Wednesday, October 15, 2025!
This immersive interprofessional education (IPE) event promises to be a fun, spooky, and collaborative experience where your creativity and teamwork will shine.
Attached to this email, in addition to your time slot above, you’ll find your assigned team (Reapers, Werewolves, Ghouls, Goblins, Trolls, and Scarecrows).
Please review it carefully to ensure you know when and where to report.
Each team has been thoughtfully assembled to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and maximize the haunted hospital experience for our guests.
For your convenience, we have also added QR codes for your team on 10/15. Your Team QR code will provide you with your Map for the event and will guide you from room to room to engage in the planned scenarios. We will also have the QR codes posted on the day of the event near the Sign-In table.

👻 What to Expect:

  *   You’ll move through a series of six themed haunted hospital scenarios, and you will engage through role-play, simulation, and spooky storytelling.
  *   Tasteful, professional, and safety-conscious costumes are encouraged! (Costumes do not have to match the team names!)
  *   T-shirts will be distributed on-exit — black with orange trim and featuring the Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences logo and a haunted Kivett Hall (Hospital) design!
🛡️ Safety First:
Please remember that while we’re embracing the spooky spirit, safety is our top priority. All costumes and props must allow for safe movement and clear communication. No real or replica weapons, excessive gore, or anything that could be considered offensive or inappropriate will be permitted.

🕒 Arrival & Check-In:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in, get into costume, and receive any final instructions. Check-in will be located at the Smith Hall lobby.

📸 Social Media & Fun:
We’ll be capturing moments throughout the day, so bring your best spooky energy! Tag us on social media using #HauntedHospitalCU.

Changing sessions at this time would be very difficult, as we have nearly 600 students attending.
