IPE Haunted Hospital in the Creek (mandatory participation for MS-2 students)

  *   Wednesday, October 15, Smith Hall (refer to your instructions regarding specific times/location)
Group 1:  8:30-11:15 a.m.
Group 2:  11:45-2:30 p.m.
Group 3:  3:00-5:45 p.m.
Students across the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and the School of Osteopathic Medicine will work through a series of case-based learning activities.

All Rotation Hardship requests are due no later than 5:00 PM EST on Friday, October 24th.  Submit these either in person (Levine 119) or by email (aschofield at campbell.edu<mailto:aschofield at campbell.edu>) to Allie Schofield.

Rank lists for the Clinical Campus Assignment Process are due by 5:00 PM EST on Friday, October 31st.  More information about submitting your rank list will be sent out by Clinical Affairs soon!

ALL THINGS BOARDS
When is your next TrueLearn/COMBANK deadline, and how many questions are due?

  *   300 questions within the COMLEX Level 1 Qbank (any questions your choose) by January 6, 2026
     *   Try searching for questions on the course content that you are learning right now in tutor mode.
     *   Create random assessments over older content in timed mode to build in spaced-repetition and train yourself on pacing and not immediately seeing the answer or rationale.
     *   When you are learning, using tutor mode can be very helpful.  As you progress and feel more confident in the material or want to work on pacing and testing your knowledge, switch to timed mode.

Preview to CABS II Course & Tips for Boards (mandatory attendance, students only)

  *   Join us via Zoom for a discussion led by the CABS II Course Directors and MedEd regarding important information for the upcoming CABS II Course, January 6 Exam, and other items related to board prep.  This is a mandatory, remote live session.

Vaccine Hesitancy & Patient Advocacy: A discussion with Dr. Lori Langdon (optional attendance)

Have recent discussions about vaccines made you concerned about their impact on patient perceptions? Join us for an insightful session led by Dr. Langdon on vaccine hesitancy in rural North Carolina. This talk will explore strategies for navigating challenging conversations with patients, promoting trust through effective communication, and advocating on behalf of our communities to combat misinformation.
