[Cusom28] End-of-Year Procedures

Good afternoon, Class of 2028!

Can you believe you are ALMOST DONE with your first year of Medical School?! Hang in there…Summer is ALMOST here! 😊

Before you sail off into the summer sunset, please be sure to do the following:


  1.  Clean out your locker and remove all items from inside your locker.
  2.  Please WIPE OUT your locker with a wet wipe/paper towel.
  3.  Be sure to REMOVE YOUR LOCK (and keep it for next year)! All remaining locks will be CUT/REMOVED, so be sure to take yours with you!
  4.  If you plan on using the same lock next year, STILL REMOVE IT, but you can either leave your extra KEY with Student Affairs, or you may pick it up if you prefer. Faith (copied) will be able to assist you.
  5.  We will start with a ‘blank slate’ and will re-assign all lockers during Orientation.
  6.  If you are a Summer Anatomy Lab TA, please contact Dr. Toler for a locker INSIDE THE 4th FLOOR ANATOMY LOCKER/SHOWER ROOM (only) – NOT in the hallway. ALL other lockers in the building must be cleared out.
  7.  Check the student refrigerators to make sure you have all lunch bags etc.
  8.  Check the Lost & Found at Security as these items will be donated/disposed of over the summer.

PS - I’ve attached a DRAFT of the MS-2 calendar for next year. Please make a note of Orientation on Thursday, July 24th and your CABS exam on Friday, July 25th.
