Hi everyone,

I hope you all had a great spring break! Peyton and I are excited to announce that POCUS club will be holding an in person E-FAST exam introduction and tutorial on Monday, April 21st at 5:15pm likely in classroom 200 (we will confirm exact location once we have a headcount). It will last about an hour and a half. Dr. Daniels will give a brief overview on e-FAST exam, then Dr. Bowers will present a few examples and fun cases of how it is utilized clinically in the emergency room department. Lastly, everyone will have the opportunity to do 30-45 mins of scanning!

This is a great way to learn about e-FAST and become familiarized early with how to perform it. They are very fast exams, hence the name, but have great importance in diagnosing emergency situations!
