Good afternoon, MS-2 students (doesn’t that sound nice)! 😉 I hope you had a wonderful summer!

Now, on to the details for the upcoming year…

  1.  MANDATORY: Annual Updated Contact Information

  *   As you probably recall from last year, at the beginning of each academic year, ALL students are required to update their emergency contact information (even if you did not move between last year and this year)!

  *   Please complete the following MANDATORY Updated Contact Information Wufoo Survey DUE BY JULY 28th! Faith (copied) will be following up with EACH student individually until all are in compliance. Thank you for completing this essential information!

  1.  ORIENTATION

  *   As you are aware, we have mandatory MS-2 Orientation coming up on Thursday, July 24th (please see attached schedule).
  *   We will be in LH202 (not LH201)!
  *   Please arrive at 8:30am. Our sessions will begin PROMPTLY at 8:45am.
  *   Our new Campbell President, Dr. William Downs, will be here at CUSOM to greet our students that day.
  *   All MS-2 students will have Panera lunch with their advisor following locker selections. Advisor meeting locations will be distributed/displayed during Orientation.
  *   If your advisor is NOT available (we will inform students of which advisors will not be present), you may grab lunch and go. Your advisor will reach out to your group to reschedule at another time.
  *   Please arrive to LH202 between 8:00am and 8:20am on Friday, July 25th for your CABS I exam, which begins at 8:30am.

  1.  LOCKERS

  *   Please be aware that all lockers in the building have been cleared out, so you will need to select a new locker for the year **ON EITHER THE 2nd or 3rd FLOOR** (as MS-1’s will be assigned to lockers on the 4th floor).
  *   Here is the process (which is similar to last year):

  *   Please bring a combination or key lock (with an extra key to give to our staff) with you on Thursday, July 24th.
  *   If you did not remove your lock at the end of Block 4, your lock has been removed when we were cleaning out lockers over the summer, and you will need to bring A NEW LOCK this year.
  *   After the morning Orientation sessions (see attached schedule), you will select a locker ON THE 2nd OR 3rd FLOORS (only). Please put your lock on the locker you select.
  *   Immediately afterwards, visit the locker assignment table on the 2nd Floor and give our staff the following:
     *   Your name
     *   Your locker number (take a picture!)
     *   Either a spare key or your combination number

  1.  CLINICAL/FINANCIAL ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

  *   Please check the following Google spreadsheet link to see if you have any MISSING enrollment requirements (as notated by a checkmark ‘•’):

  *   If you are missing any requirements (notated by a checkmark), you may either EMAIL the various representatives listed below, or you may visit the following offices next Thursday before your lunch meeting with your advisor at 12pm OR after your lunch meeting (between 1-3pm):
