[Cusom28] REMINDER: Clinical Campus & Track Assignments for Class of 2028

Good morning!

As a reminder - if you plan to submit a track swap form or a clinical campus swap form, the deadline to do so is 5pm EST on December 19th.

Please make sure to submit your fully completed and signed form, electronically, to aschofield at campbell.edu<mailto:aschofield at campbell.edu> by this deadline. Forms sent after 5pm on December 19th will not be accepted.

I have attached an updated list of clinical campus & track assignments based on swaps that have been submitted and approved as of 9am today, December 18th.

Hope your exams went well this week!  Attached you will find the results of the Clinical Campus & Rotation Track Assignment process for the Class of 2028.



All results are final and transferrable only by a mutual agreed upon two-party trade.  If you would like to trade for a spot at another clinical campus or for a different rotation track with another student in your assigned clinical campus, you must complete the corresponding form(s) attached (Clinical Campus Swap Form and/or Track Swap Form) and have both parties' signatures affixed to the forms and submitted to Allie Schofield at aschofield at campbell.edu<mailto:aschofield at campbell.edu> by 12/19/2025 at 5pm. Late and/or incomplete forms will not be accepted.



I would like to remind you all parts of CUSOM's academic environment are subject to the Honor Code as delineated in the Academic Bulletin.  This includes the Clinical Campus & Rotation Track Assignment Process.
