Season's Greetings, Class of 2028,

The final push of Block 6-YOU'VE GOT THIS!  We are rooting for you!!!

Sometimes, when we have more time or less structured days, we can spend too much time on something (two hours & we have not moved on to another lecture), procrastinate (and yes, that includes doing housework and things that can be seen as "productive"), or avoid (e.g., watching another episode).  So, schedule your week out and block off time for studying, switching up and setting timers so that you have time for all your courses...and also schedule breaks, hard cutoffs for sleep each night, and any other essential, non-negotiable responsibilities requiring your time.  And, then be present and fully engaged for each of those things.

The hardest part is usually getting started...so countdown...and just do it!  Get to work!  Motivation usually follows action (not the other way around).  So get moving!

An idea to pump you up-listen to some music that makes you feel energized and empowered.  Heck!  Walk, run, dance, sing, or just nod your head to whatever song that makes you feel alive and lifts your spirit.

We wish you HAPPY HOLIDAYS and a safe winter break!
