August 19: Direct Primary Care Talk with Dr. Moore <https://forms.gle/FjbeatPJ6GkLbjP29>
Join us at 12 PM in Room 201 for a popular CUSOM event featuring Dr. Tanner Moore. Dr. Moore will share his journey serving as a physician in the military, starting his own Direct Primary Care practice, and his perspective on the current state and future of medicine. He will also discuss opportunities to shadow at his clinic or potentially include it as part of a clinical rotation. This is a great chance to hear from a physician who has broken the mold to build his dream job in medicine. Food will be there on time... this time I’m handling it directly, and everything is set to be ready when the event starts. From 6 to 8 PM at Pin Point

Join medical students and faculty from across North Carolina for an evening of fun and community. Attendance is free and equipment is provided. If you attended the 7/29 event and the upcoming 8/19 event, you will receive a free or heavily discounted CUSOM pickleball social shirt (design shown in the RSVP form). Campbell has led organizing this event alongside the NCAFP, and it’s a great chance to show our strong commitment to family medicine (especially against the other schools). We have 15 students and faculty signed up so far and would love to see even more of you there!
