[Cusom28] White Coat WEEK Schedule!

Good morning, students, and welcome back for Block 2! 😊 I hope you all had a nice break week!

As it is White Coat week (HOORAY!!!), here is the week-at-a-glance:

TUESDAY, Oct. 15 (tomorrow):

  *   12:00pm – MANDATORY White Coat “Rehearsal” / Information Meeting – in your lecture hall immediately following class. You may bring your lunch!
  *   White Coat ticket distribution (ALL students will receive 4 tickets each). If you do not attend this meeting, you may pick up your tickets from us at a different time.

WEDNESDAY, Oct. 16:

  *   Your white coats will be available for pick up in the Lobby after 10am! 😊 They are alphabetized, so you are welcome to find your coat on your own.

THURSDAY, Oct. 17:

  *   12:00pm - White Coat CLASS PHOTO (out in front of our building)
  *   Wear business casual/professional attire under your white coat, especially if you will be standing in the front row!
  *   **BRING YOUR WHITE COAT WITH YOU**

FRIDAY, Oct. 18:

  *   1:00pm – arrive to line up in the Student Union Building BALLROOM A
  *   **BRING YOUR WHITE COAT WITH YOU**
  *   We will line up and process over to Hobson Auditorium. If it rains, please bring an umbrella, and you may leave it outside of D. Rich Hall when processing in.

  *   Livestream Link: For your loved ones who are unable to attend, please forward the following livestream link to them so they can watch the ceremony remotely or anytime afterwards:

If you have any family members asking for more information regarding our ceremony, you may forward them the below information and attached documents:

  *   Our White Coat Ceremony is this Friday, October 18th at 2:00pm in Hobson Performing Arts Center, which is inside D. Rich Hall (on Campbell University’s main campus). The program should last approximately 1 ½ hours. For your convenience, here is the link for the location: https://map.concept3d.com/?id=714#!m/88477?s/key=D.%20Rich. **Guests may start arriving at 1:00pm.
  *   You may park in the Convocation Center parking lot. We will have golf carts to transport guests from the Convocation Center parking lot to Dr. Rich Hall as needed. Security and Campbell signs will direct you to where you may park. We have attached a map showing the location of D. Rich Hall in relation to the Convocation Center (where you will park).
  *   You DO need a ticket for this event. You may pick up your ticket from your student. All tickets will be distributed to the students directly this week.
  *   If you or any family members are looking for local hotels, please see the attached document for local suggestions.
