Subject: Surgery Club Event


Hello Class Of 2028,

The Surgery Club (ACOS-MSS) will be hosting a mock anatomy practical on Friday September 6th from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.

This is an event that the surgery club will be putting on throughout your first year to provide practice and tips before each anatomy practical. This mock practical will be set up and run exactly like your real upcoming one and is great practice. It will be shorter and will consist of 20 questions including 1 ultrasound and 1 X-ray. You will have ~1 minute to answer each question and around 10 minutes afterwards to review. It is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the flow of the anatomy practical and get an idea for how items are tagged and displayed.

The cost of attendance will be $10 per person, and eventually free for Surgery Club members (local or national) when you are able to join clubs in block 2. If you are interested in signing up for our club, please don't hesitate to reach out and come see us during the club fair in block 2!
