This is an optional, STUDENTS ONLY workshop to go over practical topics and strategies for how to manage stress from exams, explore calming practices, utilize effective test-taking skills, and break down higher-level, multiple-choice questions.

Erin Suwattana from Behavioral Health and Dr. Amy Hinkelman from the Academic Center of Excellence are teaming up to provide this balanced perspective of providing strategies to help you succeed in your coursework while prioritizing your health and wellness.
