<strong><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">Project Idea</span></strong>: Conduct a QI project to change student notes to be part of the official record. This would involve surveying current students about their experience with shadow notes and then
re-surveying after the change.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">

QI work is exempt from IRB approval, simplifying the project process.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
