to remind you that ANY offenses (including, but not limited to, traffic violations, etc.) MUST be reported to the Office of Student Affairs
<b><i><u><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">within 30 days of the incident</span></u></i></b>. Please see the excerpt from the Academic Bulletin below.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

aware of the issue on the front end so we can assist you through the process. Please include the details of the incident in your email and attach any relevant documentation.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">We highly recommend that you seek legal representation as this
