[Cusom27] Follow Up/Fourth Year Information

Good afternoon,

As a follow-up from today's meeting:


  *   I have attached the scheduling template that you will need to use to begin working on your fourth-year schedule here.  Please have your draft turned into your Clinical Campus Coordinator by March 30th.  Should you find that there are rotation dates that do not line up to our block dates, please reach out to me to discuss that.
  *   Affiliation agreements: Please use the Qualtrics link provided for your class.  This will be posted under the Forms section of the New Innovations homepage.  All timelines/deadlines will be followed for affiliation agreements.
  *   Pediatric subspecialty rotations are Elective rotations, not selective rotations.  There has been some confusion with this, but our Academic Bulletin states this.
  *   You should have received VSLO invitation emails through your CUSOM email account.  If you have not received your access email to VSLO, please let me know.  We are working on getting the recording of today's meeting posted, as well as the PowerPoint presentation.
