Subject: Reminder: TOUCH and Volunteer Hours Submission Requirements


Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a great long weekend. I wanted to send out a couple of reminders regarding TOUCH and volunteer hours submissions.

I’ve had some submissions that I’m unable to accept due to a few missing or incomplete items. Please make sure the following two sections are filled out correctly so that your hours can be approved:

  1.  Service Type
This field must be completed. Please select either TOUCH hours or Volunteer hours. If your service impacts the community, you should select TOUCH hours.
  2.  Review Reflection and Feedback
This section must contain at least two full sentences and should accurately describe what you did during the experience. Simple phrases such as “This was fun” or “N/A” are not acceptable.

If your hours have not yet been approved, please make the necessary corrections and resubmit them. I’ll be happy to review and accept them once updated.
