Hello everyone,

Happy September! I hope you all enjoyed your Labor Day weekend.

I wanted to share this month's newsletter from the Music and Art in Medicine Interest Group. There are lots of exciting events happening in the Triangle this month. Personal favorites include the 10th Annual Asia Fest happening at Koka Booth Amphitheater in Cary on Saturday, 9/20, and Shrek the Musical at Stewart Theater in Dunn with various show dates and times from 9/19 to 9/28. Dr. Bringhurst is actually helping with the musical and has volunteer opportunities available for any students who are interested.
