[Cusom27] Erwin Health Fair Outreach

We will be going to Erwin to assist with a day of health screenings, including diabetes and cholesterol, and OMM for the underserved population in that area.
When:  November 8, 2025
Times: 10 am - 2 pm
Where: Erwin Parks and Rec Gym at 810 S 16th St, Erwin, NC 28339 - Plan on meeting us at the event by 9am for set up.
What to bring:  your stethoscope… and laptop may be needed (depending on where you are assigned)

Lunch will be provided by ECHO (Erwin Churches group)/Harnett County (our hosts) and will probably be sandwiches, chips and a drink.

We will be taking the first 15 students who sign up and I will notify you if you are on the team.  I will start a waiting list and, if we have an opening, I’ll reach out to the next person on the list.
