[Cusom27] NEW Conference Approval Process

MS-1 & MS-2 Students:

We have a new conference approval process that we would like to share with you.

Please review the following steps in full to make sure you are following the requirements as listed in the Academic Bulletin:


  1.  First, complete the form found on Presence. You can locate this by logging into Presence->Clicking Organizations on the top->then searching for 'Forms.' It is titled 'Conference Approval Request'. The link can be found here: https://campbell.presence.io/form/conference-approval-request
  2.  Once this form is submitted, both Student Affairs and the Registrar's Office will confirm that you are approved to go academically. As a reminder, you must have at least a 3.0 GPA to attend conferences, and you must not be on academic warning/probation or conduct warning/probation.
  3.  Once you receive the email saying that the form has been approved, you will need to provide this confirmation along with your paid conference registration to MedEd or your Course Directors to request an excused absence. Please make sure to contact MedEd and/or your course instructors, as filling out the form only verifies academic clearance.
