This is the start of a monthly newsletter, highlighting key dates, programming, and upcoming opportunities to support your personal, professional, and academic success.
Please note yellow highlighted items require 100% mandatory attendance.

  *   Holistic Support Series: Heal Thyself - Maintaining Health & Nutrition in Stressful Times (optional attendance)
     *   Wednesday, January 8, 12:30-1:30 p.m. in Levine 202 (TOMORROW)
     *   Drs. Agnello and Pennings will discuss tips on how to eat well and take care of your physical health on a busy schedule and when managing stressful times in your life

  *   Spring Break Mission Trip Interest Meetings (optional attendance of either date)
     *   Friday, January 10, 12-1 p.m. in Levine 200
     *   Wednesday, January 15, 1-2 p.m. in Levine 200
     *   Learn more about the opportunity to participate in the upcoming Spring Break Mission Trip

  *   Summer Break (Sierra Leone) Mission Trip Interest Meetings (optional attendance)
     *   Tuesday, January 14, 1:30-2:30 p.m. in Levine 200
     *   Learn more about the opportunity to participate in the upcoming Spring Break Mission Trip

  *   ABC's of Board Preparation (REQUIRED attendance)
     *   Tuesday, January 21, 12:30-2:00 p.m. in Levine 202
     *   Drs. Dogbey, Hinkelman, Mahalik, and Powers will provide an overview and roadmap of preparing for the COMLEX-USA Level 1 including critical milestones and criteria to take the COMLEX.

  *   Lunch & Learn with Clinical Affairs (optional attendance)
     *   Thursday, January 23, 12:30-1:30 p.m. in Levine 202
     *   Bring your lunch and learn about what to expect during rotations and beyond from the clinical affairs team

  *   FMP Workshops (optional attendance)
     *   Most Fridays (see Block 7 schedule), 2:30-3:30 p.m. in Levine 202
     *   Utilize this time to work on your FMP projects and get some extra support from the FMP Course Directors
