[Cusom27] Newborn Caregiver Independent Study Rotation

Good afternoon,

I am pleased to announce a new Independent Study rotation that is now available! This rotation is available to both third- and fourth-year students who have recently (within 45 days) given birth to or adopted a newborn. Both parents are eligible to participate in this rotation.

This rotation will qualify as the Medical/Surgical Selective rotation for third year - OMED 785 and any of the five electives for fourth year. Should you wish to participate in this rotation, please notify your site coordinator. They should then reach out to either Ashley or myself to coordinate the rotation.

I have attached a copy of the syllabus, and it will be uploaded to New Innovations soon.

Please note: this is the ONLY independent study elective a third-year student can take advantage of.
