[Cusom27] Call Back Friday Reminders

Good morning,

I hope everyone is having a great week! As we approach the end of the first rotation for the Class of 2027 and their first Call Back Friday, I wanted to communicate a few reminders surrounding Call Back Friday.


  1.  The only students who should report to CUSOM on Call Back Friday are those who have a COMAT to take. Those students are those completing one of the following rotations: Family Medicine, Medicine II, OBGYN, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Surgery, or the 4th Year Core Emergency Medicine.

  2.  If you are on one of these rotations and did not receive instructions on when to arrive to CUSOM, please reach out to Ashley for 4th year and to myself for 3rd year.

  3.  If you are on any other rotation, you are expected to go to your clinical rotation on Friday.

  4.  If you have a COMAT, you are excused from your rotation, starting at Noon the Thursday before. This is only if you have a COMAT. However, if your clinical campus holds their didactics on Thursday afternoons, you must attend didactics.

  5.  Call Back Friday is scheduled until 5pm. Please do not make travel arrangements that would require you to leave CUSOM earlier than this time. Once your scheduled afternoon activities are completed, you are free to leave.

  6.  Please make sure to arrive on time for your exam. Arriving late will deduct from the overall amount of time you have to take the exam.

  7.  The schedule for afternoon activities will be posted, in the Call Back Friday organization on Blackboard, by tomorrow afternoon.
