Good morning, Class of 2027! I hope your quiz went well today!

This email is primarily for all club leaders.

Our 2024 Club Fair and Picnic is right around the corner…Friday, November 8th at 1:00pm! We will be providing a picnic lunch (hamburgers, hotdogs, BBQ sliders, sides, drinks, desserts, etc.) for ALL students – more information will be sent out at the beginning of Block 2/6 to MS-1/2 students (ALL are invited to attend)! This is our club leaders’ chance to let the first-year students know about our CUSOM Clubs, take membership dues, and help solidify interest prior to elections in January!

Here is our Google sign-up form for clubs. We should have at least TWO leaders at each table. Interest Groups generally share a table with their “sponsoring club”, with the exception of Internal Medicine Club (since they have so many interest groups, we generally give them two tables). Please let us know which leaders will be managing your table/sign-ups:

***Also, most clubs usually take MS-1 registration and DUES at the Club Fair. I would suggest you bring a laptop for sign-ups (get student emails as well) and please let me know if you need a Mobile Cause link/QR code set up for DUES – I will need to know how much dues are for your club. Please let me know this ASAP so I can get these set up.

You will also want to bring some candy or creative elements for your table (maybe hit the day-after Halloween sale for a discount)!?

We will be having a kickball tournament and lawn games following the Club Fair (at 2:00pm) outside, weather permitting.

It will be LOTS of fun! 😊 More information to follow…
