[Cusom27] OUTREACH - Willow Spring, NC - October 26th

We will be going to Willow Spring to assist with a day of health screenings and OMM for that community (see flyer attached).
When: October 26, 2024
Time: 10 am - 2 pm (Plan on leaving CUSOM at 8:30 am to travel to the event)
Where: White Memorial Presbyterian Church (1459 White Memorial Church Rd, Willow Spring, NC)
What to bring:  your stethoscope and laptop (snacks if needed)
Organizers will provide lunch for the team…if I hear of any specifics on that, I’ll let you know!

PLEASE be sure to add your contact information correctly to the sign-up form, as I will be communicating through email.   I will notify the first 15 who sign up they are part of the team. If we have more than 15, I’ll start a waiting list and let you know if an opening comes up.
