Students, Faculty, and Staff:

Have you ever wanted to take home one of the lecture hall chairs (see attached photo)?

Well, now you can purchase a chair for $5, or multiple chairs, by filling out the Qualtrics link below. After you complete this form, it will automatically direct you to the payment form, where you may pay with credit or with debit card. If you prefer to pay with cash, you may skip the payment and just bring verification of your Qualtrics form and cash with you tomorrow.

CUSOM Staff will be at a table outside the lecture halls to confirm receipt of the chairs after lectures TOMORROW (12:00pm - 3:30pm). You may select whichever chair you like.

Chairs MUST be picked up TOMORROW (Thursday, September 12th) after lectures, and must be taken with the student or faculty/staff member when leaving the building.
