Dear CUSOM Class of 2027 and Class of 2028,

I hope this message finds you well! We have an exciting opportunity to participate in a flu shot clinic happening on October 21th at Smith Hall. The pharmacy program has kindly set aside spots for us to both administer vaccines and document during this clinic.

There are 10 spots available for immunizing and 10 spots for documentation, and you can sign up using the link below. The spots for our team are under the "CPHS Smith Hall Clinic Med students only" tab at the bottom of the sheet.

If you are interested, please sign up as soon as possible. This is a great way to get involved, earn community service hours, and make an impact on public health.
