CLUB FAIR REMINDER!

Our Club Fair is coming up in a couple of weeks on Friday, November 8th!

  *   1:00pm - 2:00pm: Catered lunch & Club Fair (all three floors of Levine Hall)
  *   2:00pm on: Games (inside and outside, weather permitting!)

Here's what you need to do to attend:


  1.  RSVP by November 1st for the LUNCH so we can plan catering! Click on the link below.

Hello CUSOM students,



Mark your calendars for our annual Club Fair & Picnic on Friday, November 8th, 2024 at 1:00 PM! The Fair is a perfect opportunity to learn about the many clubs here at CUSOM, ask questions, and get more involved!



On the Agenda:

  *   Picnic: We'll be serving a picnic lunch (hamburgers, hotdogs, BBQ sliders, veggie burgers, sides, drinks, desserts, etc.) for ALL students! Please RSVP using this link<https://cuweb.wufoo.com/forms/2024-club-fair-picnic-rsvp/> to reserve your meal BY NOVEMBER 1st.



  *   Club Fair: Each club will have a table with representatives ready to provide insights into their activities, membership details, and dues (if any). Be sure to stop by, ask questions, explore your options, and connect with club leaders!



  *   Games & Activities: Please see the attached flyer. We have a variety of activities following the fair, including an epic round of kickball! Use the QR code attached to sign up to participate in games! **Please note, ALL games participants must fill out the liability waiver included in the attached flyer/QR code.



  *   Trim the Tree: This year, we're inviting everyone to help decorate our 2nd-floor Christmas tree! We encourage you to bring an ornament that represents something about you-where you're from, your family culture, religion, ancestry, or even your favorite sports team! Purchased or homemade ornaments are both welcome! Drop by to add your ornament to the tree and enjoy cookies with us. If you can't make it during the reception, you're welcome to add your ornament at any time. We'll also have paper ornaments available if you'd like to write your name or something about yourself. There will be a sign-up sheet where you can note the reason behind your ornament and indicate whether you'd like it returned to you after the holiday season. We're excited to see the diverse, meaningful decorations everyone will bring!



Spouses and kids are welcome at our Club Fair! Please reach out to Faith if you'd like to bring them along (fhuston at campbell.edu<mailto:fhuston at campbell.edu>). She will be keeping a list for catering purposes.



Students may also bring friendly pets (on a leash)! Pets must remain outside at all times to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.



We're looking forward to a wonderful day of connections and fun activities. Don't miss out on this opportunity to eat some good food, explore CUSOM's clubs, and add a personal touch to our Christmas tree!
