Subject: Narcan Training Event

Hi everyone!

SOMA's Overdose Prevention Chair and Psychiatry Club are hosting a Narcan training event on Tuesday, October 22nd at 5:00pm in Room 201. This event will include an informative presentation from Dr. Agnello, who will be speaking about the prevalence of drug overdose, the indications for Narcan use, administration, and post treatment steps. Additionally, if you are one of the first 40 students to sign up, you will receive FREE Narcan provided by the Harnett Health Department after the presentation, but you must attend to receive one. However, all students are encouraged to come to the presentation even if you did not sign up to receive Narcan.

This is a great opportunity to learn about Narcan use, and we hope that this session will equip you with the appropriate knowledge to administer Narcan.

Sign up link to receive Narcan:
