Fellow Students,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Andrew Gasperson, and I am honored to serve as the President of the Family Medicine Club for the upcoming year. As we embark on this exciting journey, I am thrilled to introduce our new board members:

- Ashley Batjer, Vice-President
- Jennifer Lockhart, Secretary/Treasurer
- Claire Bullard, Geriatrics Chair

We are eager to bring you many exciting events and opportunities in the coming year. One such opportunity is the Annual NCS-ACOFP CME Conference, hosted by the North Carolina Society - American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

Conference Details:
- Location: Beaufort, NC (approximately 2hr and 45min from campus)
- Dates: August 9-11
- Theme: Beyond the Basics

This conference will cover a range of important topics, including pain management, gender-affirming care, pediatric depression, the treatment and diagnosis of migraines and Parkinson's disease, endocrinology, dermatology, and more. Additionally, there will be an outdoor reception on Friday evening.

Funding and Registration:

* The conference registration fee includes breakfast all three days, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and a reception on Friday evening.
