Hello Class of 2027,

Welcome back, we hope you had a wonderful Spring Break!

As you begin the final block of your first year, the Academic Center for Excellence is pleased to offer an opportunity to attend an optional session hosted by a few of your ACE Peer Tutors: TIPS FOR NAVIGATING BLOCK 4. This students only session will be held on Friday, March 22nd from noon-1 p.m. in Levine Hall Lecture Room 400. If you cannot attend in-person, a virtual option to join via Zoom is also available (see link below). Attendance will not be taken or noted, and the session will not be recorded. All MS-1 students are welcome to attend, no RSVP is required.

https://campbell-edu.zoom.us/j/98926303702?pwd=MFl5YmZCdXF3Tm9BOHZrS0JTa2tvQT09
Meeting ID: 989 2630 3702
Passcode: 215810

In this session, the ACE Tutors will provide some general tips for successfully managing and approaching the material in Block 4 and share what resources worked well for them, recognizing that "one size does not fit all". There will be a short presentation followed by a Q&A session with the panel of tutors. So, feel free to bring your questions! This is intended to be a helpful guide as you start block 4. This is not a review session, and as always, if you find you are struggling in a course, we encourage you to reach out to the Course Director and your Academic Advisor.

Also, note drop-in tutoring and private one-on-one tutoring are available during Block 4: CUSOM Tutor Request Form (wufoo.com)<https://cuweb.wufoo.com/forms/z1wrzo691gb0ite/>.

Wishing you ALL the BEST,
Dr. Hinkelman
