[Cusom27] Raleigh Outreach 2024

We will be helping with the 2024 Raleigh Community Day by providing health screenings, including diabetes and cholestorol, and OMM for the underserved population in that area.  This will be our 3rd straight year of participating in this event.

When: April 20, 2024
Times: 10 am - 2 pm (Plan on leaving CUSOM at 7:30 am to travel to the event - set up begins at 8:30 am. We should get back to school around 4pm.)
Where: Roberts Park Community Center at 1300 E. Martin St., Raleigh, NC 27610
What to bring:  your stethoscope and laptop
Lunch will be provided, but feel free to bring along your own snacks.

There will be a variety of other community health organizations there with booths.

Many students might sign up, so I will start a waiting list if needed.  I will let you know if you have been selected for the team.
