Good morning, MS-2 Students!

Just a quick reminder that the required annual emergency contact information Wufoo is DUE THIS MONDAY, JULY 29th! Approximately only 40% of the class has completed this task as of this morning.

Updated Contact Information

  *   Please fill out the following Wufoo survey so we can keep track of your emergency contact information. This information is MANDATORY and needs to be updated each year (even if you didn't move). Ms. Clarissa Angeloff (copied) will be following up with EACH student individually until all have completed this task, so please be sure to complete this survey:
  *   https://cuweb.wufoo.com/forms/ms2-updated-contact-information-class-of-2027/
  *   This survey is due on MONDAY, July 29th.


Also, be sure to purchase and bring a combination or key lock for locker assignment day next Thursday, August 1. If it is a key lock, be sure to bring an extra key to leave with our staff at the sign-up tables.
