Wilderness Medicine Club is excited to host Shawn Eller, a Paramedic EMT instructor, former United States Air Force medic, and trooper with the NC State Highway Patrol, in a Traction Splinting Workshop on Tuesday, September 12th, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm in Lecture Hall 202.
At this workshop we will practice using traction splinting devices for femur fractures, as well as learn how to improvise your own traction device in a wilderness emergency scenario.
