Below is an email with information regarding the upcoming Medical Student Day with the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Emergency Medicine Residency program.

Hello future Physicians!

The Emergency Medicine Residency program at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center would like to formally extend its welcome to you on November 4th, 2023 for our first Emergency Medicine Medical Student Day. It is open to all medical students MS1-4. The day will include lectures, a small group simulation/procedure session, and a question panel during lunch. It is our goal to shed some light on our specialty in a casual and relaxed environment and provide you with some valuable skills that may help during your clinical rotations.

The day will begin at 8:30 AM and end in the early afternoon. It will be a great opportunity to learn about Emergency Medicine as a specialty as well as get to know the faculty and current residents at Cape Fear. It will take place in the simulation center on the 3rd floor of the new Medical Education Center at Cape Fear Medical Center, 1638 Owen Dr, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
