Good morning!

Below is the link to sign up for an upcoming outreach to Spencer, NC, on August 26th.

We will be working with Novant Health and the town of Spencer to hold a health screening clinic for the underserved population in the Spencer/Salisbury area at their Community Day.

When: August 26, 2023
Times: 3 pm - 7 pm (please arrive at CUSOM by 11:30 am - we will get home probably around 10 pm
Where: Southern City Tabernacle AME Zion Church (about 2 hours from here near Charlotte)

Dinner will be provided, but please eat lunch before you arrive or bring your lunch/snacks.
