[Cusom27] UPDATE: CastleBranch - Physical Examination Error

Good Afternoon All,

I have an update to the physical exam issue. All students will need to login to the CastleBranch account they created at matriculation and upload your physical exam form again. This should be saved to your document center, so you will not need to locate the form from your PCP.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
