Hi everyone!
For those who do not know me, my name is Elizabeth Enright and I am a rising OMS-II and the current SGA President. As part of my role, I will be spending the upcoming weekend in Chicago as a Student Delegate, representing both CUSOM and North Carolina, at the AOA House of Delegates meeting. The AOA HOD is the legislative body that meets annually to consider turning resolutions into policies that directly affect osteopathic students, physicians, residency programs, COMs, etc.
If you are interested in the resolutions at hand and would like the opportunity to have a voice regarding the policies and procedures governing our profession, I invite you to attend the National Osteopathic Student Caucus (NOSC) this Thursday, July 20th, 7-10 pm EST via Zoom. The official student opinion about the proposed resolutions is determined during NOSC before heading into the official HOD meeting over the weekend.
I have attached the formal NOSC invitation (Zoom registration: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZYvd-ChrjgtHtDJDL8qGE6cl4J1SVUW6oXf#/registration) and a list of the resolutions to be discussed.
