[Cusom26] Residency Fair 2025 - April 4, 2025 - MANDATORY ATTENDANCE REQUIRED

Good Afternoon,

Please mark your calendars for this year's Residency Fair on Friday, April 4th from 11:00am-2:30pm on Zoom. The event agenda is below:


1.      11am - Virtual Exhibitor Booths (with residency programs from NC and the southeast), where they will provide specific information about their residencies and engage in live discussion to network and answer your questions. You can "visit" as many exhibitor booth breakout rooms as you choose during  the hour.

2.      12pm - Live Panel Discussion (with Program Directors and Resident Physicians), where they will answer your questions about applying to residency, interviews, etc.

3.      1:30pm - Live Clinical Chair Sessions, where you will select your chosen specialty and discuss application strategies in specialty-specific breakout rooms.

This is a mandatory event for all 3rd-year students, as this event is an important first step in introducing you to the process of applying to residency programs and developing individual application strategies. You are excused from your rotation during this time. In the meantime, please remember to do the following:


*         Mark your calendar for April 4th! I will be sending an invite shortly.

*         If you have any questions you would like answered during the event, please submit them at the link below for Panel Discussion / Clinical Chair Questions no later than Friday, March 28th (we will use these questions to build the event agenda around what you would like to know so we can make the most of your time)
