[Cusom26] AHEC Housing Available for 4th Year Rotations

Good morning!


We are pleased to share with you AHEC housing is available for students who wish to utilize AHEC housing for elective/away rotations. Since AHEC cannot bill directly to students, a repayment agreement is required. Campbell will bill the AHEC housing expense directly to the student account. Once AHEC housing has been requested, please complete the attached AHEC Housing Repayment Agreement and send to Allie Schofield at aschofield at campbell.edu<mailto:aschofield at campbell.edu>.



As of April 1, 2025, the current rate for AHEC housing is $14 per night. Should the rate increase, I will send an additional notification out.

Campbell will only cover the cost of AHEC housing for required clinical rotations for which the student was displaced more than one hour away from their assigned clinical rotation site due to rotation capacity issues. You cannot utilize AHEC housing for a rotation scheduled in your assigned region.



As a reminder, if you reserve AHEC housing and later need to cancel or modify the request, place make sure you contact AHEC to make the requested changes. Students are responsible for all AHEC housing charges if they register for housing and do not cancel the request if housing is not needed.
