[Cusom26] CastleBranch Issues - Ordering Drug Screen & Background Check

Good afternoon,

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Several students are experiencing issues when placing their order for the drug screen and background check on CastleBranch. When you are entering your information, please make sure to not use the auto fill feature. CastleBranch requires all information be typed in, so it is as accurate as possible.

If you are still experiencing issues, you can try clearing the history on your computer or placing the order on your cell phone.

If none of these ideas work, please reach out to CastleBranch for assistance at 888-723-4263.
