[Cusom26] CastleBranch Immunization & Annual Renewals Reminder - DUE BY NOVEMBER 1ST

Good Afternoon All,

I hope this email finds you well. As a reminder, you are required to keep all immunizations and annual renewals current during the entirety of medical school. Please make sure your CastleBranch account is current, including, but not limited to the following:


1.      Health Insurance Renewal - Due annually on September 1st

2.      TB Renewal - Due annually

3.      Flu Renewal - Due annually, by October 15th

If any other items are outstanding, please make sure to have those completed and uploaded to your account no later than November 1, 2023. It is important that you confirm your upload was accepted by CastleBranch. If it is rejected, for any reason, it is your responsibility to correct the problem.

Failure to do so will result in referral to the APPS Committee.
