[Cusom26] Integrated Quiz 5 - Information

Good morning Class of 2026,



The quiz file for Friday’s (Nov 10) Integrated Quiz 5 will be available for download at 7:00 am tomorrow morning. The download will close at 8:20 am.



Please ensure that you download the quiz prior to 8:20. If there are issues with your quiz download please contact Med Ed and/or IT immediately.



You should be in the lecture hall ready to begin at 8:20 am. The password will be given to you in class prior to the 8:30 am start.



Remember, you must download and take it on your CUSOM supplied laptop.  Additionally, please leave all belongings outside of the lecture hall including any electronic devices (phones, I-pads, smart watches, etc.).



The quiz is 18 questions (Derm 13-17, Heme 20-26, Renal 26-27 and 29-30, OMM 04) and you will have 24 minutes to complete it. If you arrive late or start late, you will lose time.


Please note that Renal 28 will not be included on the quiz. There will be an extra question from Renal 27 so that the total number of points will remain as listed in the syllabus.



There will be an optional 9 minute review after the quiz. You must be present in the lecture hall to review your quiz.  Question challenges will be due by 10:30 am.



Additionally, it is a good idea to restart your computer and run any updates tonight. This will help eliminate many potential problems at the start of the quiz. Below you will find the instructions for the repeated login request error in case you encounter that as well.



In Examplify, select the Home Menu at the top right and then click Settings.  This will bring up the Clear Registration screen. Select Clear Registration and let Examplify close on its own. You can then reopen Examplify and login again using your Examsoft username and password. (This is on any of the emails saying your score reports are available in Examsoft. You can also go to examsoft.com/cusom and select forgot password.)
